Hassle-free full fibre broadband

You will need an appropriate router to use this service, IDNet can supply a router which includes initial configuration for your circuit.

For almost all new installations the engineer will need to drill a small hole in your external wall. For full fibre connections a small external box will be fitted on outside of property and the ONT will be fitted inside. For part fibre services a standard telephone socket will be fitted inside your property.

Any applicable connection charges, hardware & first months service rental must be paid prior to the order progressing.

All new orders and changes to existing services must be placed via our website or in writing (e-mail or post).

Prices excluding VAT will not increase or decrease during any contracted period (if the VAT rate changes your price including vat will change accordingly). We will give 1 months notice to those affected should we need to change the price on any 1 month contract package. We will notify 12 & 24 month contract customers at least 30 days prior to their contracted period ending and them being moved onto 1 month contract terms.

Requests to cease your service must be placed in writing (e-mail or post) and are subject to a 30 day notice period. Consumers may migrate to another provider via the 'One Touch Switching' process without notifying us. All other migrations should be notified to us in writing (e-mail or post) and are subject to a 30 day notice period.

If you cease your broadband service or migrate to another broadband provider whilst within your contracted period then you will be liable for an early termination charge of £24.00 for each month remaining of the contracted period.

If you move premises within the first 6 months of a 12/24 month contract and take a new 12/24 month contract at your new address then a £90.00 contract exit fee will apply instead.
If you move premises after the first 6 months of your contract and take a new 12/24 month contract at your new address then no contract exit fee or early termination fee will apply.

In order to process orders we will send the minimum necessary information (name, address, service ordered, contact details) to our wholesaler/network provider so they can install/transfer the service to IDNet.

IDNet will need to provide necessary details to our payment service providers & bank so your payments can be processed.

IDNet will have to process personal information such as your address details, payment details, ip address, telephone number, email addresses in order for the service to operate.

If you don't submit your order (by pressing the 'Place Order' button on final screen) we may use the details you have entered to send a reminder, these details will be removed within 30 days.

Once your order has been placed your information may be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirement.

Our TP-Link Aginet routers will send periodic diagnostic information and speed test results to our ACS service, this is to ensure service is performing within specification and to aid with fault diagnostics.
