What speeds are available?

What infrastructure needs to be in place for an Ethernet leased line?

Fibre nodes need to be present in your local area. This will facilitate a fibre connection into your business premises. IDNet will first determine whether the right infrastructure is in place with a site survey. We can then commission installation and ground works as required.

What level of technical support can I expect with an EtherPro leased line?

Technical support is available 24/7. If you report a fault, we will ensure prompt handling of your issue.
